Frequently Asked Questions:

What makes your photography so unique?

I do all my photography outdoors most of the time. I do not have a studio. I prefer not to use Photoshop. Not because me and Photoshop got in a heated argument but because I know that photographs look more natural when not Photoshopped. I think it is really cool when a photograph has been Photoshopped I just choose not to do that. I love the natural look!

Where do you get your work done?

I have all my work done at CVS. I have for several years. It makes it easier on the client.

Do you do parties and special events?

Yes. I love doing parties and special events. However I don't have a price for the. The pricing depends on the amount of time and photographs that I produce. These normally run about $250.

Why do you love Photography?

I love capturing that special image that means so much! It feels really good when you get a great smile on a kid's face or that awesome catch during baseball season!

Freeman Family

So this morning I got up bright and early and met my next client at Kiroli Park. I was a little worried at first about the weather but it turned out to be awesome! I was very pleased with some of the shots I got! The most exciting part of this job is when I show the client their pictures and their face lights up! It just makes it so worth it and worth your time and effort you put into it. This morning was no different. My client was so beautiful and a joy to work with. This is Cheyenne. Enjoy the sneek peek into this great session!

A Photoshoot on Black Bayou

So many of you are aware that I am a photographer...I did a recent photoshoot with Brad Wells...a local music artist! It was so much fun and I really didn't realize how gorgeous it is out there! I discovered a new spot! Here is a sneek peek! Enjoy!

How could we forget our friend...Mr Alligator! Oh and we played Dodge Wasps! It got a little crazy out there on the bayou but we had a blast! I had so much fun doing this shoot! I look forward to many more!

I know I have been away for a while! I do plan on having some wonderful news to share very soon regarding a business! I am so excited! I am looking forward to making this announcement. Some of you may know but some may not. It involves pumpkins, kids & a camera! So happy! And hopefully some sunshine! Well that is it for now. I need to also add more pics of that precious nephew! Especially since he is about to be a big brother in 3 weeks. That is right! I am going to be an aunt for the second time come November 2nd! I am so blessed! Please keep a friend of mine by the name of Chad Lambert in your prayers. He is getting ready to leave for Afghanistan. As you may remember Chad was in Iraq for 7 months last year and I posted a few pics of him. I appreciate it very much. I am going to start taking more pics and deleting them instead of crying and feeling guilty for deleting them and go broke putting them on a cd!
Love,
Erin

Deason's First Swim

Every year for Mother's Day we always go to my Puggie's sister's house and have a great meal. This year was no different. My Mama brought me over there and my Aunt Tootie made sure I had my swimsuit. I absolutely love my swimsuit and the water.

Pops put me in my raft for the first time in a big pool! I love the water! It was so much fun! Aunt Tootie took a bunch of pictures as always and has lots to share so please enjoy!

Here is me and my Mommy on Mother's Day! We had a party at my Great Aunt Donna's house! It was so nice as always and she has a BIG pool!

I sometimes don't pay attention and totally turn my head and this happens to be one of those pictures I did that in so enjoy my side view!

That is my swimming adventure at Aunt Donna's!
Until next time...keep waving your red, white & blue!
Much Love,

Working in the yard...

Deason likes to help a little out in the yard and when I went out there I found him checking this out...the cool thing about it is that he looks so cute checking those plants out. He didn't think that was enough.

He thought the grass needed mowing so he enlisted the help of his T-Daddy to help him...

Then as if that wasn't enough he went to check the plant on the other side of the yard...

He then asked for a break because all that is hard work so he got to play on the swing...

He wanted to go work in the front yard but only got to see the foliage...

This little man LOVES the yard...you see that beautiful smile on his face. All through this hard work. Needless to say we were very proud of him and he did a wonderful job! It is hard to believe that my nephew is 10 MONTHS OLD! He is almost a year old! He is walking and said his first words. It is very exciting for all of us to see this. It is bittersweet because we know our little man is growing up so fast.
Until next time...keep waving your red, white & blue,
Much love,
Erin
